We want you and your family to have a safe and pleasant stay at ZCC. We have several policies and procedures in place that will ensure the safety of your children. If you plan to visit ZCC in the near future, here is a short overview of what you can expect when you check in your child.
The Children’s Ministry Registration Desk is located in the South Lobby, next to the Registration Banner. At the Registration Desk, you will be asked to fill out a registration form with your family and child information.
Each child is assigned a number and three tags. One tag stays with your child, and on it is listed their name and security number. The second tag is given to the child’s teacher for their attendance book. The third tag is for you, and has the matching number of your child, which must be presented at the time of check-out. These tags are designed to help our volunteers and teachers connect you and your child at check-out.
Once the check-in process is complete, a member from our Hospitality Initiation Team will escort you and your family to the correct classroom. It’s that easy! So what are you waiting for? Come visit, we’d love to have you!
